The New Wilmington Kiwanis and the Chamber are partnering again this year to host this year’s Halloween Parade. The big news for this year is that Judging & Cash Prizes are BACK, although in a slightly reduced! We are expecting a large turnout this year so please plan to join us and make this the best parade yet!
